Gottifredi Maffioli is commonly used in main,jib and spinnaker sheets where high grip and low stretch is paramount.

Spinnaker sheet in 8mm Mafioli with a spliced 3mm D12 loop in the middle of the sheet to fasten to
clew of Spinnaker minimising the finished knot size to reduce the chance of snagging on gybing.
Trapeze line in 2.5mm vectran with an adjustable loop splice into the lower end to give maximum adjustment
when trapezing.
Fixed length jib halyard in 3mm V12 giving low windage aloft.
